Aberdeen Mall wanted to reach out to an essential but hard-to-reach demographic: youths aged 16-24. With such a high usage of mobile phones, this age group was a natural fit for a mobile marketing/text messaging campaign. In-store signage and promotions drove traffic and awareness for this Back-To-School contest. The campaign was short-listed for a national retailing award.
