Chances Gaming Entertainment in Kelowna wanted to attract new and existing customers with a new promotion called “Lucky 7.” In-house posters, direct mail and online ads encouraged people to redeem loyalty points for ballots that would be used for weekly cash draws. The campaign exceeded expectations and the client had to print three times as many ballots as expected.
